Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black Beans cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed black beans, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. 4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the patties and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve the vegan burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
