- 2 large apples peeled and cored
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts 2 crusts
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 1 cup water
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Peel and core the apples.
Roll out the pie crusts and cut into quarters.
Place an apple on each piece of crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Wrap the crust around the apple and place in a baking dish.
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and water, then pour over the dumplings.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
