Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 pieces Pita Bread
- 1 cup Yogurt for sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice for sauce
- 1 clove Garlic minced, for sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tahini for sauce
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced
Mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and tahini to make the sauce.
Slice the cooked chicken and assemble the sandwiches with pita bread, chicken, mixed vegetables, and sauce.
