Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Pita Bread
  • 1 cup Yogurt for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice for sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic minced, for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini for sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and tahini to make the sauce.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and assemble the sandwiches with pita bread, chicken, mixed vegetables, and sauce.
