Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Add orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, and orange zest. Bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  8. 8. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
