Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Add orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, and orange zest. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
8. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
