Asparagus Frittata Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and asparagus, and sauté for about 5 minutes until the asparagus is tender.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the asparagus. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
