  • 4 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 stick Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Blend the corn kernels with 2 cups of milk until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture into a saucepan, discarding the solids.
  3. Add the remaining milk, sugar, and cinnamon stick to the saucepan.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens, about 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the cinnamon stick and serve hot.
