Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef tips
  • 8 oz Egg noodles
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. 4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  6. 6. Stir in sour cream into the beef mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve beef tips over cooked noodles.
