Main Ingredients
- 2 large Onions sliced into rings
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Beer
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying
Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, beer, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Dip the onion rings into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
