Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add egg yolks, lemon juice, and salt to a blender. Blend on high for a few seconds until combined.
  2. 2. With the blender running, slowly pour in the melted butter in a thin stream until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  3. 3. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if using, and blend for another second. Serve immediately.
