  • 2 whole Branzino fish cleaned and gutted
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 whole Lemon sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the cleaned branzino on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices, garlic, and parsley.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional lemon slices and parsley if desired.
