- 1 bunch Broccolini trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest optional
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the broccolini to the skillet and toss to coat in the oil and garlic.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccolini is tender and slightly charred.
6. Optional: Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
