Main Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage medium-sized
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices.
Place the cabbage slices on a baking sheet.
Brush both sides with olive oil.
Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are crispy and cabbage is tender.
