Instructions

  2. Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. Place the cabbage slices on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush both sides with olive oil.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are crispy and cabbage is tender.
