  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the carne asada for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. While the meat is grilling, prepare the sandwich rolls by spreading mayonnaise on each half.
  4. Once the meat is done, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
