Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine water, cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and black peppercorns. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and black tea bags. Let steep for 10 minutes.
4. Strain the mixture into a storage container and stir in honey until dissolved.
5. Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
