  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  2. 2. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with cheese and cooked rice.
  3. 3. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. 5. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
