  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 lb Fresh Spinach Washed and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper Freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
