- 6 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
