- 3 lb Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Italian Dressing Mix
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Giardiniera chopped
- 4 rolls French Rolls
1. Place the beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the beef.
3. Pour the beef broth around the beef.
4. Add the chopped giardiniera on top.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
6. Shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
7. Serve the beef on French rolls, spooning some of the juices over the top.
