Chicken Fajita Marinade Recipe
A simple and flavorful marinade for chicken fajitas.

Marinade
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 lb chicken breast sliced into strips
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. 
- Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. 
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor. 
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. 
- Cook the marinated chicken strips for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. 
- Serve hot with tortillas and your favorite fajita toppings.
