Chicken Fajita Marinade Recipe
A simple and flavorful marinade for chicken fajitas.

Marinade
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 lb chicken breast sliced into strips
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the marinated chicken strips for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Serve hot with tortillas and your favorite fajita toppings.
