Instructions
Pound chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness using a meat mallet.
Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add white wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Add lemon juice and capers. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in butter until melted and sauce is smooth. Serve chicken with sauce spooned over the top.
