Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ cup White Wine
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Capers drained
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. Pound chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add white wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Add lemon juice and capers. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in butter until melted and sauce is smooth. Serve chicken with sauce spooned over the top.
