Chinese Spareribs Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork spareribs
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil.
Place the spareribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs, making sure they are well coated.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
