Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork spareribs
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Place the spareribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs, making sure they are well coated.
  5. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
  7. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
