Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 2 cans Clams, with juice
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 lb Spaghetti
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Add the clams with their juice, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  7. 7. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the clam sauce.
  8. 8. Toss to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. 9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
