Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tortilla chips about 12 ounces
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Sliced jalapeños pickled or fresh
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sliced black olives
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
  4. Add the sliced jalapeños, diced tomatoes, and sliced black olives on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
  7. Dollop sour cream over the nachos and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if using.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
