Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved. 
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. 
- Transfer the churned ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
