  • 1 package frozen hash browns thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, melted butter, chopped onion, sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
