Copycat McRib Sandwich Recipe
A homemade version of the famous McRib sandwich.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 8 slices Pickles
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Shape the ground pork into 4 rib-shaped patties.
3. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. Brush the patties with BBQ sauce and let them cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for a minute or until slightly crispy.
6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a pork patty on each roll, topping with sliced onions and pickles.
