Copycat V8 Juice Recipe
A homemade version of the classic V8 juice, packed with vegetables and flavor.

Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, chopped
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 cup Spinach, chopped
- 1 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 cups Water
1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Allow to cool slightly, then blend until smooth.
4. Strain the mixture to remove pulp.
5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
