Fresh and zesty corn salsa, perfect for chips or as a topping.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- to taste salt
In a mixing bowl, combine corn, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
