  • 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dip each drumstick in flour mixture, then beaten eggs, then crushed cornflakes.
  4. Place drumsticks on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
