  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the kidney beans, pinto beans, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
  4. 4. Add the brown sugar, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
