Crab Rangoon Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 6 oz Crab Meat drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 24 pieces Wonton Wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Place about 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Fold the wrappers by bringing the corners together and sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
