Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Cheese Curds
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Club Soda
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the club soda to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Dip the cheese curds into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
Carefully place the battered cheese curds into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove the cheese curds with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
