Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Door County cherries pitted
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 bottle brandy
Place cherries in a large glass jar.
Add sugar and brandy to the jar.
Seal the jar tightly and shake to mix.
Store in a cool, dark place for at least 3 months, shaking occasionally.
Strain the mixture through cheesecloth before serving.
