  • 8 large Egg whites
  • ¼ cup Diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, bell peppers, spinach, cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg whites are set.
  5. Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
