Healthy and easy egg white bites, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

Main Ingredients
- 8 large Egg whites
- ¼ cup Diced bell peppers
- ¼ cup Chopped spinach
- ¼ cup Shredded cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, bell peppers, spinach, cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg whites are set.
Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
