Egg White Breakfast Casserole Recipe

- 12 large egg whites
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers diced
- ½ cup onion diced
- ½ cup tomatoes diced
- ½ cup low-fat cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, diced onion, and diced tomatoes to the egg white mixture. Stir well to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded low-fat cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is lightly browned.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
