Enchiladas Verdes Recipe
Delicious and tangy enchiladas with a green sauce made from tomatillos.

Main Ingredients
- 12 pcs Corn tortillas
- 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 cups Shredded cheese
Green Sauce
- 1 lb Tomatillos Husked and rinsed
- 2 pcs Jalapeños Stemmed and seeded
- 1 cup Cilantro Chopped
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 clove Garlic Minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Blend tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, chicken broth, garlic, and salt until smooth.
Heat tortillas in a skillet until pliable.
Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken, roll up, and place in a baking dish.
Pour green sauce over the tortillas, top with sour cream and shredded cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
