Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pcs Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese

Green Sauce

  • 1 lb Tomatillos Husked and rinsed
  • 2 pcs Jalapeños Stemmed and seeded
  • 1 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blend tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, chicken broth, garlic, and salt until smooth.
  3. Heat tortillas in a skillet until pliable.
  4. Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken, roll up, and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour green sauce over the tortillas, top with sour cream and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
