Ingredients

  • 4 cups Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • 1 cup Sliced Green Onions
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the hash browns evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese, ham, and green onions over the hash browns.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
