Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Figs fresh, stemmed and quartered
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 lemon Lemon juiced
- 1 cup Water
Combine figs, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a large pot.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to jars.
