Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add the heavy cream, and stir to combine.
  5. Gradually add the Parmesan, Mozzarella, Cheddar, and Gorgonzola cheeses, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
