- 1 whole Pineapple diced
- 1 whole Red bell pepper diced
- ½ whole Red onion diced
- 1 whole Jalapeño seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 whole Lime juiced

1. Dice the pineapple, red bell pepper, and red onion.
2. Mince the jalapeño and chop the cilantro.
3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
