- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 0.5 cup Hummus
1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
2. Spread a thin layer of hummus on each tortilla.
3. Evenly distribute the shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, and baby spinach on each tortilla.
4. Roll up each tortilla tightly and slice in half if desired.
