Fried Mac and Cheese Balls
Deliciously crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside, these fried mac and cheese balls are a perfect snack or appetizer.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- as needed Oil for frying
1. Roll the mac and cheese into balls.
2. Coat each ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry the balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
