Garlic Lemon Scallops Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb scallops fresh or thawed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
7. Return the scallops to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately.
