Fish Steaks
- 4 pieces Fish Steaks about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the fish steaks with olive oil on both sides.
Season the fish with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and minced garlic.
Place the fish steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the fish with the lemon-garlic mixture.
Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
