Ingredients 

Fish Steaks

  • 4 pieces Fish Steaks about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the fish steaks with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the fish with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and minced garlic.
  5. Place the fish steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the fish with the lemon-garlic mixture.
  7. Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
