  • 2 large Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 2 slices Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushrooms.
  4. 4. Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side until tender.
  5. 5. Place the grilled mushrooms on toasted bread slices. Add cheese if desired.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
