Grilled Shrimp Louie Recipe
A classic seafood salad with grilled shrimp, fresh veggies, and a tangy Louie dressing.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Louie Dressing
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the Louie dressing ingredients.
5. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
6. Top the salad with grilled shrimp and drizzle with Louie dressing.
