Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Louie Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the Louie dressing ingredients.
  5. 5. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  6. 6. Top the salad with grilled shrimp and drizzle with Louie dressing.
