Grilled Tomato and Feta Sandwich
A simple and delicious grilled sandwich with fresh tomatoes and creamy feta cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
- 2 medium Tomatoes Sliced
- 100 g Feta Cheese Crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1. Heat the grill pan over medium heat.
2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
3. Place two slices of bread, oil side down, on the grill pan.
4. Top with sliced tomatoes, crumbled feta, and a sprinkle of oregano.
5. Place the remaining bread slices on top, oil side up.
6. Grill until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
