Ham and Cheese Quiche

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or Swiss
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
Spread the diced ham and shredded cheese evenly in the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
