  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to eliminate the raw flour taste.
  4. 4. Gradually add the beef broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice.
