  • 2 cups Dry Milk Powder
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and dry milk powder until well combined.
  2. Store the mix in an airtight container.
  3. To make hot cocoa, mix ¼ cup of the mix with 1 cup of hot water or milk. Stir until smooth and top with mini marshmallows.
